Our Process
At Global Allied Health Services, we believe in investing in the ongoing education and professional development of our staff, including our new graduate employees. One of the ways we do this is through our New Grad Peer Review with Education program.
This program is designed to provide our new graduate employees with the opportunity to receive feedback and support from their peers, as well as ongoing education and training. The program includes regular peer review sessions, during which new graduate employees have the opportunity to receive constructive feedback and guidance on their work from their colleagues.
Professional Development
In addition to peer review sessions, the program also includes ongoing education and training opportunities. Our new graduate employees receive training on a variety of topics, including clinical skills, communication and interpersonal skills, documentation, and professional development. We also provide opportunities for our new graduate employees to attend conferences and continuing education courses to expand their knowledge and skills.
Impact of the Program
The New Grad Peer Review with Education program is designed to help our new graduate employees develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to provide the best possible care to our patients. By providing ongoing support, feedback, and education, we are helping our new graduate employees succeed in their careers and make a positive impact in the lives of our patients.
